✨We are fully insured to work on your cars. However due to insurance reasons and personal safety we can’t work on busy/main roads or small areas with limited space.
✨All belongings from the car should be removed before any type of valet. I will not accept liability for loss or damage to any items that are left in the vehicle.

Including the removal of baby seats.

✨Notification of any prior damage to interior or exterior is required to ensure no further damage is caused.

✨Our prices are based upon, service, vehicle type, vehicle state and location.

We request photos of the vehicle are require to receive a quote.

Quotes over the phone/message without pictures will be an estimate only.

Price on the day can be altered if the car is worse than expected, this is usually unlikely and customer will be told before hand.

✨The time duration to complete is an estimate and may take longer if more work is needed or is dirtier than expected.

✨Your booking is also an estimate of time as sometimes jobs take longer than expected, we always ensure you updated accordingly through out the day.

✨Maintenance cleans are required to stick to our schedule, so if customer does not book in within every 4 weeks then the vehicle will need to book in for a valet/ deep clean to get back to our standard.

Payments, deposits and cancellations.

✨For new customers, to secure a slot a deposit will be taken via bank transfer.

The amount is dependent on the service booked. Deposits are non refundable. If contacted within 72 hours of your booking then we can alter or reschedule to another date but then a further deposit is needed.

✨Further payment is to be made on the day, either bank transfer, cash or card payment.

✨Failure to pay within 7 days will result in an additional charge and legal action if required.

✨If cancelled within 24 hours then full payment is required.

✨We do reserve the right to cancel if the following occurs, van breakdown/ fail, equipment failure, extreme weather or heavy rain. Although this is highly unlikely your deposit is secured and we will re schedule to a day best for you.
